The Rule That Changes Everything in 2026

If you want 2026 to be different, you need to set a standard, not 'make a resolution'.

Here's the standard to win the year by

'At 10am, I am someone who makes 10 outbound calls'

Say it out loud.
Write it down.
Print it out on a sheet over your monitor

10@10

Not emails.
Not texts.
Not DMs.

Calls.

Human to human.

Weekdays only.
Stat holidays off.
No rollover.
No negotiation.

Why this works has nothing to do with talent.

It works because consistency compounds faster than motivation ever will.

You do not need scripts. (although they help in the early days)
You need restraint.

Two questions are enough.

How are you?
Is there anything I can do for you?

After each of these, remember to stop talking.

Listen.
Wait.

Most opportunities reveal themselves if you give them room.

Some calls will be awkward.
Some will be rejected.
Good.

Those are the heavy reps.

Rejection is not failure.
It's resistance.
And resistance builds strength.

In mortgage world, this one habit is worth roughly $250,000 more per year than doing nothing.
I watched it happen repeatedly in 2025.|

Will you be the 10@10 story of 2026?
Why wouldn't you be?

The only people this doesn't work for are the ones who never do it.
Or the ones that 'try' for a day or three, or a week or three.

Are you interested?
Are you committed?

If not why are you still here?

Bottom line, if your phone isn't ringing, you already know what to do.
Make other phones ring!
